What are the payment options?
We accept secure payments via debit or credit card.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds due to the item being personalised.
If you would like to cancel your order there is a 7 day cooling off period unless we have already started making your item.
Do you offer gift cards?
We can offer gift cards from £5 to £100, making them a great present for someone who knows what they like. Gift cards can be found in the shop section of our website.
Do you supply print kits
We do supply print kits if needed, just check the box with your order and we'll send one out to you free of charge.
We have 2 different kits
Inkless kit- for paw and hand prints
Moulding compound- for fingerprints and paw texture
Both are safe to use on children and pets. If you are unsure which kit you will need please contact us via the "lets Chat" bar at the bottom of your screen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 weeks of the order being placed. In busy seasons, like Christmas, this may take a little longer.
